Shipping Information

Covid-19 Update: Due to the various Covid-19 containment restrictions issued in countries around the world, please note that there will be a temporary surcharge on all international parcel and freight shipments imposed by the courier companies.

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped directly from the USA via United States Postal Service (USPS) air parcel post service or courier services such as DHL and FedEx.

Delivery: 7-14 working days. Orders that exceed postage charge of US$35.00 automatically qualifies for courier delivery at the same cost.

Tracking of Shipment: There is no tracking available for International Air Parcel Post. For courier delivery, you will be sent the tracking information via email, and will be updated on the delivery of your orders.

Shipping Cost: Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at your check-out page. 

Consignee's Information: Please ensure that the shipping address, contact person, contact telephone number are provided in full. This information is required for any verification that may be needed during delivery.
