Triple Action Cruciferous Vegetable Extract combines extracts of broccoli and cabbage to help maintain already healthy hormone levels and promote healthy DNA.

I3C (indole-3-carbinol) and DIM (diindolylmethane)

I3C (indole-3-carbinol) and DIM (diindolylmethane) favorably modulate estrogen metabolism and encourage healthy liver enzymes that help promote healthy metabolism of estrogens and xenoestrogens (estrogen-like environmental compounds).^1-4

Broccoli, watercress & more

Extracts of broccoli, watercress and rosemary provide glucosinolates, isothiocyanates, carnosic acid and carnosol. These bioactive compounds promote healthy estrogen metabolism, DNA and cell division.^4,5

Apigenin, a powerful plant flavonoid, is also added to the formula to boost cell protection, while cabbage extract, a natural source of benzyl isothiocyanate (BITC), is included to maintain cell health. ^6,7
