Scientists have grown increasingly excited about the health effects of omega-7 fatty acids. One of these, called palmitoleic acid, has properties that encourage the metabolic factors associated with supporting cardiovascular health.¹

LDL, HDL and triglyceride support

Studies show that 210 mg of palmitoleic acid a day helps maintain already healthy levels of triglycerides, total cholesterol, LDL and HDL after just one month of supplementation.²

Further studies have found that palmitoleic acid can help maintain already-normal C-reactive protein levels and promote healthy insulin sensitivity.^1,3-5 A pre-clinical study has shown that palmitoleic acid can also help support the gastric hormones responsible for feelings of hunger and satiety.⁶
