Grapeseed Extract

The Grapeseed Extract formula contains various healthy compounds found in grapeseed and skins, including polyphenols such as proanthocyanidins.

Grapeseed extract has been shown to help support cardiovascular health by helping maintain already-healthy blood pressure and heart rate.¹ Grapeseed compounds are also potent free-radical scavengers and help promote healthy cell division.²

This formulation uses authentic Masquelier’s grapeseed extract, which was developed in 1947 and has undergone extensive scientific study and validation.³ This blend also provides standardized trans-resveratrol, the polyphenol in red wine that has so many health benefits.

Findings from published scientific literature indicate that resveratrol is a promising compound for maintaining optimal health and promoting longevity.⁴

Research funded by Life Extension showed that a combination of low-dose resveratrol (20 mg) and grapeseed extract mimicked many of the favorable gene expression changes seen in calorie-restricted diets.
