AprèsFlex® Boswellia— Compounds in Boswellia extract have been shown to bind directly to 5-LOX, an enzyme that transforms fatty acids into inflammatory factors like leukotriene B4.^1,2 Boswellia inhibits 5-LOX activity at the cellular level. In a placebo-controlled clinical study, Boswellia extract supported freedom of movement and helped relieve joint discomfort in just 8 weeks.³ Another randomized clinical trial found very similar results, with the benefits continuing for another four weeks.⁴

Undenatured NT2 Collagen™—NT2 Collagen™ is a novel form of undenatured type II collagen that supports a healthy inflammation response in tendons and cartilage. Clinical trials show that undenatured collagen helps relieve minor joint discomfort and encourages healthy, comfortable joint function.^5-7

One double-blind, placebo-controlled study found that undenatured type II collagen provided relief by 33% and increased joint comfort scores by 40% in just 90 days.⁷
